Before Duke football, Jared Boyd was a three-year letterman at Stephenson in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Boyd recorded 60 tackles, 10 pass breakups, three interceptions and three returns for TDs as a senior.

2012 redshirt freshman Jared Boyd will try to help the Duke football team improve its record in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Winning key games against rival teams will be essential to this season's success.
